Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 14, 2026  •  Last Updated: October 14, 2026

Welcome to Doers Wealth Strategy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://doerswealthstrategy.com, including its educational content, resources, credit simulator, online forms, applications, and related website features.

This website is owned and operated by Doers Wealth Partners LLC, doing business as Doers Wealth Strategy ("DWS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or requesting services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals under 18 should not submit personal information or apply for services through this website.

2. About Doers Wealth Strategy

Doers Wealth Strategy provides credit education, credit analysis, personalized credit consulting, and applicable credit restoration assistance. Our services are designed to help consumers better understand their credit reports, identify potential reporting inaccuracies, learn responsible credit management practices, and develop strategies aligned with their financial goals.

Our educational content may also address credit utilization, collections, credit reporting, consumer rights, homeownership preparation, and financial readiness. DWS is not a credit bureau, lender, mortgage lender, law firm, or government agency. We do not issue credit, approve loans, or make lending decisions.

3. Website Information and Educational Disclaimer

All information provided on this website, including articles, guides, blog posts, educational materials, and interactive resources, is intended for general informational and educational purposes. Website content does not constitute individualized legal, tax, investment, mortgage, or other regulated professional advice.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, laws, credit reporting practices, and financial circumstances may change. Visitors are responsible for evaluating information in light of their individual circumstances and consulting appropriately qualified professionals when necessary. Accessing educational content does not establish a client relationship with DWS.

4. Credit Consulting and Restoration Services

DWS may provide services involving credit report review and analysis; identification of potential credit-reporting inaccuracies; consumer credit education; personalized credit strategy recommendations; assistance with applicable credit reporting disputes; guidance regarding credit utilization and responsible credit management; and education relating to financial preparedness.

The scope of services provided to an individual client will be described in a separate written service agreement. Not all services are appropriate for every consumer, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. DWS reserves the right to decline prospective engagements for legitimate business, compliance, or operational reasons, consistent with applicable law.

5. Client Applications and Assessments

Visitors may submit a Credit Strategy Assessment or other inquiry through our website. By submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting an assessment does not establish a client relationship, guarantee acceptance into a service program, authorize DWS to access your credit reports, authorize DWS to begin credit restoration services, or guarantee any particular credit outcome. DWS generally aims to review new inquiries and communicate next steps within 24–48 hours. This timeframe refers to the initial inquiry review and communication process, not the completion of a credit audit or credit restoration service. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of increased inquiry volume.

6. Credit Services Agreements and Required Disclosures

Before providing credit restoration services, DWS will provide applicable written agreements and legally required disclosures. Where the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act ("CROA") applies, clients will receive the disclosures and contractual protections required by law. These include applicable cancellation rights and a written contract describing the services to be performed, payment terms, and other required information.

DWS will not begin services before the expiration of any legally required waiting period. Clients retain all rights granted under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. These website Terms do not replace, modify, or waive the requirements of a separate credit services agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws control.

7. Consumer Credit Rights

Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information appearing on their credit reports directly with consumer reporting agencies. Consumers are not required to hire a credit restoration company to exercise these rights.

Accurate, current, and verifiable negative credit information generally cannot be required to be removed solely because it negatively affects a consumer's credit profile. DWS does not encourage consumers to submit false information, create fictitious identities, or dispute information they know to be accurate without a legitimate basis. Our services focus on lawful credit education, reporting accuracy, and applicable consumer rights.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Credit outcomes depend on individual circumstances and numerous factors outside DWS's control. DWS does not guarantee specific credit score increases; removal of particular credit accounts; deletion of accurate and verifiable negative information; approval for credit cards, loans, mortgages, or financing; specific interest rates or credit limits; particular credit reporting investigation outcomes; or results within a guaranteed timeframe.

Any educational examples, testimonials, or client results displayed on our website are not guarantees that other consumers will experience similar outcomes. Individual results vary.

9. Credit Monitoring and Client Responsibilities

Certain DWS services may require clients to maintain active credit monitoring through an approved or compatible third-party provider. Applicable requirements will be explained during onboarding.

Clients may be responsible for completing required agreements; providing accurate personal information; submitting requested documentation; maintaining required credit monitoring access; reviewing credit-related correspondence; communicating regarding relevant account changes; following applicable service instructions; and making payments according to their agreement. Credit monitoring subscriptions may be provided by independent third-party companies and may involve separate subscription charges, terms, and cancellation procedures. DWS is not responsible for third-party subscription charges or service interruptions outside its control, except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

10. Service Fees and Billing

Fees for DWS services will be disclosed before a client enters into the applicable service agreement. Depending on the service, charges may include fees for completed credit analysis, consulting, or other contracted services. DWS will not charge or receive payment for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed, as required by applicable federal law.

Any billing arrangements must comply with applicable federal and state requirements. Invoices, payment deadlines, and billing terms will be described in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payment processing may be handled through authorized third-party providers. Clients are responsible for reviewing their invoices and communicating promptly regarding billing questions.

11. Late Payments and Service Interruptions

If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, DWS may issue payment reminders and, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, pause future services until the account is brought current. A service pause may delay future credit consulting activities, document preparation, correspondence, or other contracted work.

DWS will not impose undisclosed fees or penalties. Any suspension or termination of services will be handled according to the applicable service agreement and consumer protection requirements.

12. Cancellation and Refund Rights

Consumers have cancellation rights under applicable federal and state laws. Where CROA applies, consumers have the right to cancel a credit repair services contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after the date the contract is signed. DWS will provide the required cancellation notice and instructions in the applicable written agreement.

Additional cancellation or refund rights may apply under Texas law or other applicable consumer protection laws. Clients seeking to cancel services should follow the cancellation instructions contained in their service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation rights or authorizes charges prohibited by law.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages. Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not necessarily prevent essential account or service-related communications.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

DWS respects the privacy of website visitors and clients. We may collect personal information necessary to respond to inquiries, provide authorized services, maintain business records, and communicate with clients. Information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Visitors should not submit Social Security numbers, credit monitoring passwords, complete payment card information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary contact forms. Sensitive client information should be submitted only through designated secure onboarding systems.

Our website uses or may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to support website functionality, evaluate performance, and improve the visitor experience. These technologies may include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (if enabled), advertising conversion tracking, website performance tools, session recording or interaction analytics (if enabled), and essential website cookies.

Some third-party technologies may collect information regarding website visits, devices, interactions, or referral sources. 17. Credit Simulator and Interactive Resources

DWS may provide credit simulators, calculators, assessments, and other educational tools. These resources are intended to help visitors understand potential credit-related scenarios.

Any estimates, projections, or simulated results are informational and may not reflect actual credit bureau scoring models, lender decisions, or future credit outcomes. DWS does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions generated by third-party tools. Visitors should not interpret simulated results as promises of credit approval, score improvement, or financial outcomes.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the DWS website, company branding, logos, original educational content, graphics, written materials, and digital resources are owned by DWS or used with appropriate authorization. Visitors may access publicly available content for lawful personal and educational purposes.

DWS may restrict access or take appropriate action where necessary to protect its website, users, or legitimate business interests.

20. Third-Party Websites and Service Providers

DWS may use or link to third-party platforms, including customer relationship management and communications platforms, credit service administration platforms, billing and accounting providers, credit monitoring providers, website analytics and advertising providers, and other authorized operational service providers.

These third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. DWS does not control all aspects of third-party platforms. However, website features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, service provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
